Thank you for attending Koret Museum Days and celebrating our 30th anniversary!

Seventeen Bay Area museums offered free admission on May 10, 2009 and welcomed record numbers of visitors.

This is the second time Koret has sponsored a day of free admission to Bay Area museums: in 2004, a similar event in celebration of our 25th anniversary drew 55,000 visitors to 13 participating museums, inspiring a trend in corporate-sponsored free museum admission.

Since 1979, the Koret Foundation has contributed more than $52 million to arts, cultural, and civic institutions throughout the Bay Area.
